Shipping policy

  • We complete shipping and handling within 8-10 business days.
  • You will receive an order shipping confirmation that will include tracking via email to the email address provided at checkout.  
  • Once an item ships, it is your responsibility.  Any item lost in shipping is not our responsibility.  
  • Any items returned due to an incorrect address will require an additional fee to ship to the correct address. 
  • Copper and Lace Western is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages once package is marked "delivered" buyer is responsible.  For other issues contact the shipping authority. We do not insure packages shipped at first class.(If insurance is needed, or if extra insurance is needed over $50 please contact us at info@copperlacewestern.com.

  • Orders under $100 are determined by carrier.
